Well done to our Seniors who overcame Carrickmacross in round 2 of the Senior Hurling Championship in St Mary’s last Thursday, finishing on a scoreline of Blayney 0.18, Carrickmacross 1.11.
U8/U10 blitz hosted by Truagh HC last Wednesday night was a great success & enjoyed by all. Great skill and effort on display by all our players. Well done everyone.
RNLI Water Safety Webinar organised by our Health & Safety Officer, Frances Merrick took place in Castleblayney College on Thursday evening last. Unfortunately it clashed with matches & other events, but it was a very informative & worthwhile presentation. Thanks to Frances for organising & Castleblayney College for facilitating it.
Sponsor A big thank you to our ongoing sponsor, Pete McMahon, Centra & Supervalu who presented club representatives with a new set of jerseys last week ahead of the commencement of the Senior Hurling Championship this coming week. The club appreciates Pete’s generosity & his ongoing commitment to the club.
