County Final on Sunday 3rd Sept saw our Senior team narrowly defeated on a 1-point margin. Congratulations to Inniskeen and we wish them the best of luck in Ulster. We are very proud of our team & management for their efforts all year and we thank them for the joy & excitement they have given us over the playing season.

Our U-9’s played Inniskeen at half time during the county final on Sunday. They were delighted with the experience and we must thank the mentors and all involved with facilitating this, go raibh mile maith agaibh.

Referees we are actively encouraging people who have played the game to consider taking up the referee mantle. Without referees our games cannot go ahead, it is a way of giving back to the game and indeed in staying involved with the GAA family. If you would consider taking up the challenge, contact any committee member who will ensure that you are trained and supported all the way. Give it a go!

Condolences are extended to our coach, Tony Austin on the death of his brother, Brian last week. Also to the Loughman & Watters families on the passing of Joan Loughman. Ar Dheis Dé go raibh a n-anamacha.

Dates for your Diary Clothing Collection, Saturday 7th October. Curry Evening 13th October.  More details to follow closer to the time.

Schools back best of luck to all our players & club members who have their first week of school over them, may you have a happy & successful year. Also best wishes to those who received CAO offers, may you be happy & fulfilled in your course. And to those still waiting, remember ‘not all storms come to disrupt your life, some come to clear your path’.
