Referees we are actively encouraging people who have played the game to consider taking up the referee mantle. Without referees our games cannot go ahead, it is a way of giving back to the game and indeed in staying involved with the GAA family. If you would consider taking up the challenge, contact any committee member who will ensure that you are trained and supported all the way. Give it a go!
U-7’s/U-9’s enjoyed the Monaghan Go Games blitz on Wednesday last at 7pm at Cloghan, hosted by Monaghan Coaching & Games. The young hurlers played Truagh, Carrickmacross, Monaghan & Inniskeen. A big thank you to Aidan Niall & Ethan for bringing Lory Meagher, signing autographs & capturing photographs. The children were all buzzing going home.
Féile is coming up on Saturday 24th June and our Féile players will be selling lines to help fundraise for the event. Lines can be bought from any player or by revolut to @natalienoone or @bbol123 if you would like to support them. GRMA!
A big thank you to James Duffy of the Horseman’s for his generous contribution to our Féile team who hurl this coming weekend.
